Follow these simple steps to shop at Melbourne Pearls online!

  1. Browse the Products Page to find the items that take your fancy.
  2. Use the Add to Cart button to add the item to your shopping cart.
  3. When you are ready to complete your shopping, click the Check Out link located at the top right corner.
  4. Follow the Check Out wizard to enter shipping and payment details.
  5. Once payment has been made, sit back and relax while we promptly ship your orders to you.

Shipping & Refund Policy

While we tried our best to present the best pictures of our stock on the website, we can't guarantee that no variation of colours or so may take place due to the digital camera limitations.

We strongly recommend that you choose your goods carefully because we don't make refunds unless goods are faulty or wrongly delivered. But we are happy to exchange the goods if your change your mind on the basis that the goods are returned in the original conditions within 10 days of receipt. The customers will pay all the return cost.

Our main shipping method is via Australian Post regular post. By regular post, goods can't be tracked and we will not be responsible for any loss during the shipping. Now a fix fee is charged for one pack but we retain the right to charge the fees according to the weight later. Registered post or Express post may be used at the request of customers while shipping and additional fees will be charged.

Order & Payment

Payments online can be made via PayPal by following the our simple checkout process. Alternatively, use our checkout process to send us an order and we will contact you to organise payment.

Besides online order and payment, we also accept order by fax or email. Simply fax or email your order to us, we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the order and organise the payment. Payment can be made via credit cards (Visa and Master), cheque, money order or direct deposit.
